Our community partners create partnerships with Women In Distress of Broward County, Inc. that benefit the families affected by domestic violence in our community. Successful partnerships with businesses, foundations, and organizations are fundamental to supporting our programs and allowing Women In Distress to continue to provide our services to women, children and men to help them in rebuilding their
life for a better future - better community.

Please join us in these upcoming fundraising initiatives and events:
 

• September 15th: "Shoes & Champagne" hosted by City & Shore and Neiman Marcus Last Call. A designer shoe showcase and champagne tasting to benefit Women In Distress.
• September 25th: "Sweet Dreams" is a lingerie fashion show by MaddSexy at the Miramar Cultural Center. 50% of all proceeds will benefit Women In Distress.
• October 27th: Party With A Purpose at Dave & Buster’s with the Hollywood Gazette. A Halloween costume contest and happy hour will benefit Women In Distress.
• December 2nd: Signature Grand presents "Galleria Fort Lauderdale Men of Style Shopping Night" - Benefiting WID among other community nonprofits.
